  : Great location and an attentive staff. Very clean room. Great shower pressure.
  : Small bed, with poor mattress, and sheets that did not fit. Window needed to remain open, but nearby laundry room workers used it as a smoking location, and it drifted into our room.

  : Perfect location, friendly staff, clean and cozy room.
  : The bathroom was tiny and the Internet was not very strong. In some spots in the room there was no signal.

  : The only positive aspect about this place is their location, next to the Gran Via. However, the place is dark and very noisy. They offer small and dark rooms, with a little window on the top of the ceiling, which cannot be not closed nor opened at will. The rooms are on the main and busy road, which makes it difficult to sleep at night. It must be added that the rooms are in front of the reception, which is also a problem if you want to sleep in the morning as you will be awaken by any incoming or outgoing guest as they check-in or out the property.Rooms not cleaned properly (hair and dirt in the shower) and Wi-Fi does not get into the room. Definitely not recommended as I would no repeat my stay.
