Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

No parking available.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Please inform Foster Apartamentos Sol in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that a deposit of EUR 50 must be paid on arrival. This will be returned at check-out, subject to a damage inspection.

Apartment keys can be collected at Calle Estrella, 5.

Please note that check-in is until 22:00. After this time check-in carries a EUR 40 charge.

Please note that the apartment is located on the second floor in a building with no lift.

Please note that on the 31 December 2016 check-in is only possible before 19:00 as the police will close all roads giving access to the property.
