  : Location, location, locationSpotlessly clean.The ladies that do the cleaning should win awards, they do a brilliant job.The Phillipino gentleman and the younger Spanish lady behind the counter were lovely and very helpful.Its a bonus for 24hr reception.
  : Pillows, they are aweful, get rid of them.The older ladies behind the counter need some lessons in hospitality, i was barked at like a child because i came out of my room without my mask to ask tgem a question.(i.m 53, not a child)In some ways it was like living in a convent, i left my room at one stage and a man ( i have no idea who he was as he was just sitting around)yelled at me in Spanish, after figuring out what he was on about it was the fact i left the bathroom light on.The positives outweighed the negatives overall there needs to be a more warm approach from the reception staff on all matters and from there you may just reach a 10

  : The smallest room ever. 2mtr x4. Overlooked a shopping mall could hardly move in the room
  : Everything. No one speaks English. The owner sits in the reception area with loud television until 11pm. I left after one night and found a hotel, same price, room , three times bigger.

  : The reception staff though spoke little English, were welcoming and obliging, and very friendly. The situation was great.
  : I've stayed there before and this time I had a very small room with thin walls.
