  : Location was great. Two minutes to the metro station and the city centre. A lot of bars and shops nearby. Polite staff.
  : The room is not at all like in the pictures. This is not a hotel but a hostel in a third floor of an old building. We came around midnight, and were trying to find the entrance. When we found it we rang but nobody answered. After a while a man who did not speak english (not a word) came down and showed us way to the hostel. Saw a cockroach the first evening, you can only imagine why I couldn't sleep well. The view ... Well, if you took a look trough the window you could see A/C units and dirty old inside of the building (photo attached). The beds were extra loud when you were turning around at night, and you could hear everything from the other rooms (running water, flushing toilet, etc.) Electricity went out on the last evening of our stay, so there was no wifi, we could barely charge our phones, and the emergency light that you couldn't turn off, was shining to the 5am.

  : Great location. 2min walk to metro etc.
  : Not even a kettle to make a drink in the room and no vending machine. Would benefit from these.

  : Right in the centre of Madrid literally a minute walking from Puerta del Sol meaning it’s easy to walk to most main sights. Friendly staff and rooms are clean and modern. Good value for money
