  : The apartment is in a good location and it is spacious however it is dark since it is an interior apartment so very little natural light. On the photo it looks very bright because all the lights are on. The beds were confortable. The door is opened remotely by the agent in HomeAbroad Apartments and a set of keys are left inside on the table.
  : An agent from HomeAbroad Apartments (based in Mlaga) opened the door remotely for us. The apartment was dirty and a bag filled with dirty laundry was left in a wardrobe. Photos were sent to the agent. We also sent photos of electrical cables hanging in the kitchen. The cleaner came the following day and as requested by the agent, we were required to stay in the flat to open the door to the lady and explain what needed to be done. We subsequently left the apartment with the cleaner inside doing her job, having wasted valuable time of our stay arranging works that were not our responsibility - not what one expects on their holiday! We later returned to the apartment at 22.50 pm. Unfortunately the door had been locked remotely and therefore the keys didn't work. After multiple calls and messages to the Agents with no reply, we called Booking.com. who couldn't contact them either. Finally, an agent from HomeAbroad Apartments unlocked remotely the door for us just before midninght!! Furthermore, we are still awaiting the refund of the 300 damage deposit. According to the appartment's rules, the refund period is from 1 to 14 working days after the check out. 22 days after we checked out no refund has been made. Once again, we have called and sent mesages to HomeAbroad Apartments numerous times about this matter without success. What we thought was going to be a Deluxe Madrid experience, has been a nightmare. We have never experienced anything like this with any of the many places we have booked through Booking.com. Such a huge disappointment!

  : Great location close to metro and shops/restaurants. Very quiet neighbourhood and sound proof walls.
  : Property was not ready even after we paid an extra 89 for late check ins. The cleaners were still in the apartment at 9:00pm at night, rushing to clean the apartment from the previous guests whilst we were outside waiting to get in. As the result the linens were not changed from the previous guests. I messaged the property managers but they were very slow in responding. They only responded a day before we were due to check out, even then they never replaced the linens. Lucky we found some spare linens in the cupboard, and used it to replace the dirty linens. The floor and furnitures were dusty. The showers and toilets were not cleaned properly.
