  : Very good location, couple minutes from metro. Easy to reach historical objects, a lot of restaurants and small shops around.
  : The fourth floor without lft, 72 stairs till the door. Every day... Noice from the neighboring flats. On weekend - till 2 a.m (night). Even good double windows didn't help.

  : Spotlessly clean. Excellent location just off Gran Via.Air conditioning a real bonus.
  : The room is small with no view, so would not be ideal for a longer stay. It is on the 4th floor, accessed via stairs only. This is clearly stated & I am physically fit, so not a problem for me, but perhaps avoid if you are elderly, unfit or have heavy luggage.

  : the location was great, easy to walk to the places we wanted to see
  : Where to start...we were not able to contact anyone other than through email, we arrived early at the hotel and had to wait about 30 min to get the key to the air BnB, there is no lift as it is a very old building and the units are on the 4th floor however that is 71 steps up, rooms are very small, walls are thin and you can hear every conversation from other suites as well as the buildings beside, the shower did not drain and it took until the second day for some one to acknowledge this and fix it but it still drained poorly, you can't open the window as you smell the neighbours smoking, forgot to turn off the air conditioner and got an email warning if we did this again we would be charged an extra $25 euros, not a good place for anyone with mobility issues to stay

  : It was the cheapest option with private bathroom. It's at a popular area of Madrid with lots of stores nearby. It has AC.
  : The windows are not sound-proof and I could hear the neighbours until 2am discussing politics and setting up Alexa. 4th floor, no elevator. Check-in after 2pm. No shampoo nor toothpaste. The toilet needs to be cleaned more carefully.

  : The location is quite convenient, easy access to metro, convenient store.
  : Theres few flights of stairs and it can be quite difficult for tourists who carry big luggage.The bathroom is relatively small, even for Asian girls like us with small build. We have to be mindful in turning and moving within it otherwise we might bang on it.
