  : Apartment was nice, clean and functional overall.
  : Check in process awful, they told me to go to wrong place so waited on street with a baby for 1hr. They never told me the apt number either, only the block number so presumably someone would meet me downstairs. When finally spoke to someone on phone, found out a staff was waiting inside apartment which was useless. No apology at all for any of that. Process of trying to organise shuttle also awful and in end found out its double the cost of taxi anyway. Kitchen could have had a few more basic things, there was no fry pan at all and toaster grill was broken. Several emails from them with conflicting information, so was not sure when had to pay, if baby confirmed (as asked 3x when though is already replied yes), change in location to get keys couple of hours before arriving when I was on plane, after we'd made final plan night before as advised wouldn't have internet to check yet again on arrival (and why would one need to if all arranged)? So overall communucation and organising was appalling. Main idea of apartment rather than hotel room is too be able to cook, but if just there for couple of days, one doesn't usually travel with sugar etc, so some small basics like coffee, tea, milk powder, sugar which you do get in most hotels would have been good. But nothing at all there. Location average, close to transport but on busy noisy road.
