  : The location is perfect! It is in the golden mile of Madrid and surrounded by stores and restaurants. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. Gabriela, who greeted us with the keys, gave us very good recommendations about restaurants and graciously solved any problems during our stay. The unit was spotless, and although we did not use the kitchen, it seemed to be well-stocked.
  : The only thing we did not like was that the unit is on the ground floor, situated between two interior patios, and there was very little natural light. It is not essential because, as a tourist, you spend the day walking around the city and use the apartment to sleep. The upside of not having natural light is that there is no traffic noise which guarantees a good night's rest! However, we would not consider renting the unit for a long stay.

  : Location was just perfect. Also, very easy access to the property, in a quiet residential area. The staff, Ana and Daniel, were very helpful and got in contact even before we arrived to help sort out airport transfers and guidance on local amenities.

  : as advertised the photos were enhanced for the second room, it looked like at least a double bed but was only a single bed with no space. it said it was for 4 people ( 2 couples) but in fact it only serves one couple comfortably. the sofa bed is not even a sofa bed, its a separate single bed in the middle of the living room. there was no service at all, no one accommodated our concern. hence, one couple had to sleep separate. this was very expensive for what it was for 5 days.
