  : The location
  : It wasn't clean and my daughter got locked in the bathroom the first night for 50 minutes eventually the door was kicked in. No apologies nor asking if she was OK. She was hysterical. Air con was rubbish and the sheets were never changed. Dust on walls and units and bathroom never cleaned. We bought bleach and disinfectant ourselves. Towels were rough and old and we had to ask for them all the time.. Staff spoke no English and it was grossly overpriced. Would never go back there. To be avoided at all costs!!

  : It's close to the center.
  : The Hostel is located on a street where there are many bars and nightclubs that stay open until 4 am, after that, the drunks are making noise, it is impossible to sleep there. The Hostal provided me with a room with a broken window, which in addition to being open 24 hours a day, deprived me of my privacy, security and worsened the noise from the hellish area. I didn't have a peaceful night's sleep. They charged me the normal price. The worst place I have ever stayed. I do not recommend.

  : The location of the hostel is great and it's very accessible by public transport as well as on foot. It's on a busy street which can be loud but if you close the window/door it tends to block that out. The staff were friendly and always seemed to be busy ironing or washing etc which made me think despite some things not looking clean, the place was pretty clean.
  : The WIFI didn't work at all and as I was working while travelling this was really frustrating and I had to keep going to cafes nearby to work. I told the staff and they said it can be complicated. Maybe it depends on the room you're assigned but for me, this was a huge issue. It's really hard to work the thermostat and it isn't straight forward AC unit which was a little annoying too but not as bad as the lack of wifi.

  : When we arrived, we were given the keys for another place and we werent even walk there. Also, in the booking confirmation there was the main address and we were sent to another address that was not in the booking, and that we didnt know.. We were told a door number but there was not number at the door. No receptionist at that new place, a tiny room with a one and a half size bed, when Ive booked a double room. No hot water, so we didnt stay and asked for a refund, as this was not the place I booked for, was dark, small, no hit water. The receptionist was extremely rood. Im still waiting for the refunds from the property and from Booking.com, that has told me if the property doesnt reply to us by phone or mail, we cannot do anything, thats it, that simple, and I risk to lose 500 euros. A horrible experience at a horrible place. I also had to pay for another accommodation, of course.

  : The noise every night was terrible. Phone ringing on reception all hours. Bedding and towels were only replaced once in a week. No shampoo in shower. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
