: 1. Friendly staff, even they let us earlier to check in and gave us instructions abaout the city, recommendations where to go, to eat and what to visit2. They gave us extra Iron, hairdryer and more towels. 3. They contact us earlier and give us information about accommodation and they were available for contact4. The location is good, its safe and close to center also there are alot markets working 24/7 there and there is metro and bus station5. It felt safe and clean6. The bedding was okay
: 1. The room and bathroom were to small for 2 persons2. Maybe more desk or space for personal luggage

: I stayed 4 nights for a conference. The room was quite small, but it was also excellent value for money. Great location, friendly staff, quiet and safe. Close to great eateries in La Latina, as well as public transport.

: The inside of the room overlooked the courtyard of the building, it was positive that it was quiet but a little dark. But most importantly, the room was clean. Pillows, sheets and towels were clean. Also, the hostel staff welcomed us very warmly. It was incredibly close to the center on foot. Hotel prices in Madrid are a bit high, but the price-benefit balance of this room was good considering its location and cleanliness.
