  : Close location to main streets of Madrids, right to next highly recommended restaurants. Great value
  : Very noisy with the nightlife and drunk people walking past early in the morning and small space but that comes with the low price we received.

  : The location was great.
  : The room was dirty, the towels smelled so bad, and the room had a cigarette smell. Even though thereare like old furnitures etc, but this does not matter, cleaning is important.

  : Absolutely miserable hostel, do not recommend it at all. We were expecting based off of the other reviews for it to be a bit of a dive but it was so much worse than we expected. The room looked absolutely nothing like what was advertised and was very cramped and dirty. The room smelled very strongly of mold and mildew and everything felt grimy. After seeing a cockroach in the bed we decided to call the cost of the hostel a loss and stay somewhere else instead. When we went to checkout (an hour after checking in) the receptionist was video chatting and didn't end her personal call until after we had been waiting at the desk for several minutes. We told her we weren't happy with the room and wanted to leave and all she responded with was "no refunds". I understand that is the policy but I was really shocked that she didn't even care enough to ask what the issue was or say anything else.

  : It was hard to check in because they had locked entrances the code was not provided the room.had no electric kettle or microwave facility.. the lift was very small.

  : Nothing!!!! Lets start that they are lying to you, when you are making a reservation according to the pics and reality is absolutely different: smelly room, old broken furniture, no view, horrible window(of course there is no balcony, it was only in pics), smelly towels, hairs in the bed, dirty bedclothes(my whole body was burning during 3 days after my reservation, and I was really scared about that. I hated every detail of this smallest room that I have ever seen. Horrible days in this beautiful city. Unpleasant and horrible stuff with no empathy when you are telling them that you have not slept whole night and all you need is to change room to another cleaner one. They are one of the reasons why I decided to write a review, cause I promised them that I would do it, and I NEVER write bad reviews, even in this situation I was hesitating to write it, but I have booked 3 hotels in different cities during my European trip and Ive just compared how awful was these days in Madrid.
  : Location was good but we didnt even remember that we were in the center of the city cause we had horrible view, our small window(like in prison) was staring at the wall and neighbors window. also it was noisy, cause you hear everything from your neighbors room. And at least, for what the hell do you need to be in the center, when you live in a den?

  : The accommodation is super central, centre to all attractions in Madrid, surrounded by many bars and restaurants. We only stayed 2 days and proximity to everything was very important.
  : If you are a light sleeper this place could be a little to much, there is activity going on in the streets all the time. We had 1 long pillow as opposed to 2 single pillow which was slightly uncomfortable. The bathroom was super small.
