  : The location of the apartment is excellent. It is located in the center of Malasana. If You want to be in a place where people are moving all night but You want to be able to sleep without disturbance than this is the place for You. This apartment has solid value for money, as the prices for renting and apartment in Madrid are very high, this apartment was the best option for 4 people and the dog at the moment of our stay. If there was no problem with the prepayment and getting the invoice afterward this apartment would have higher grade.
  : We were driving from Barcelona to Madrid and decided to book this apartment. On the booking.com there was no need to prepay. After we booked the apartment with no cancelation option, we got e-mail from apartment office where they were asking us to make prepayment. We had to make three prepayments: one for the apartment, 30 euros for dog and 150 euros for deposit. It took us around three hours to complete all the payments. because we were driving and their hyperlinks were not working. After the payment was done they told us that nobody is able to bring keys to us for the check in so we had to walk around 45 minutes to take the key and come back. The apartment is on the forth floor and the stairs are very hard to climb. We booked the apartment for three days and 4 people but the bed was not set up for extra two persons. Also there was not enough towels for us. After the check out, they did not confirm to us that apartment was left in good condition so that they wont charge credit card for the deposit. We waited around one week to receive the invoice for our stay as apartment managers were ignoring our messages on purpose.
