  : The location was great for shopping and to visit the city , the appartement was relatively clean (even if we found some rest of cigarettes in rooms) and the rooms are pretty big (beside the kitchen and the living room which are really small for the size of the appartement).
  : The communication with the host was very bad. It seems she forgot that we are the client and not the contrary. She was very rude and didn't show any willingness to help or even some time didn't answer to messages. When I asked for an early check-in she told me that it is not possible and we have to come not before 3pm. So I asked if we can at least drop our bags at 1pm or 2 pm , she accepted for bags dropping at 2pm but complained that I had to ask ahead before. So I referred to a message I sent her on whatsapp one week before in which I asked for early check-in and at which she answered to me that she will confirm but never came back to me. At this point of time that I reminded her that I sent a message 1 week before, she told me in those words "we are not going to start with you said, I said etc. even for dropping your bags I don't allow you to come before 3pm, good night" . In addition she asked for a deposit of 500 euros which was not mentioned during our booking and for only one night ! WE refused to give it. Regarding the appartement itself, there is no really living room, it is just the small entry of the appartement which was turn in living room with 1 sofa for 3 people and 2 small individuals sofas and a small screen. So you rent an appartement for 18 people but there is room for only 5 persons to sit in the living room. The kitchen also is not really big, there is a table with 8 chairs. All the bathrooms are concentrated in the same place, 4 in a row one after the other. It would be better to have some bathrooms in parents rooms. AS it is now you have 0 privacy when you go to shower etc. When we arrived we found some rests of cigarettes in the rooms.
