  : Was located in a proper area in madrid with no tourists except us and within walking distance to casa de campo . Also was close to 2 metro stations
  : Couldn't really find anything to be negative about

  : The apartment worked fine for our family with 2 children - parents used the bedroom with large double bed, the teenager the smaller bedroom and the schoolboy slept on the sofa in the living room. We were there in April, so used neither the heating nor the air conditioning. There is a lovely park when going to Latina underground station. The park has a small hill providing excellent views to the city. A Mercadona grocery store is just 5-minute walk and it offers huge selection of foods.
  : The flat is not in an elegant area so do not be surprised. Still the apartment building has brand new elevator and the staircase was clean. Use the Latina underground station to approach the flat - there is a lovely park with fountain and viewpoint to the city. Since the flat is in an apartment building with weak sound insulation to other flats, upper and next door neighbors can be heard till 11pm. This can be disturbing for some travelers. In the bathroom I would replace the bathtub to a shower cabin and use thermostat regulated tap.
