  : The apartment is in a good location, it is a nice place looks like it was renovated not that long ago. The communication with the host company is good, reachable, and helpful
  : First of all the apartment building is not very easy to find, before you can check in you have to download an app to open the door and supposedly it has all other instructions but not really. We had to call to get the instructions as there is no sign on the door or on the app that this is the MIT apartment. The check in started at 3, however when we entered the apartment the cleaning lady was still there and she asked us to come back in 30min, we came back she was still there so we waited another 20min for her to leave. It was freezing inside- 14degrees C. It took us a loong time to figure out how the heater works, because again on the app there is an instruction on how to use a kettle but no instruction how to use a heater and to warm it up to 18 degrees it took one whole day of heating and this is the temperature that was impossible to increase. The apartment is on the ground floor right by a street. You can hear everything that is happening outside so at 4am when they were taking the garbage you definitely had to wake up because it was so noisy. During the day there was construction work in the building so it was impossible to work/sit in the apartment- we should have been informed about that. You cannot blow dry your hair and have the heater on at the same time as the power will go out. For not taking the garbage out you will be charged additional 50 and you can only do it in the night we were told, quite crazy.
