  : It was an ok option for its central location and access to public transport/cabs. It was the cheapest option for those days I could find and as it was only for overnight stay I wasn't too fussy about it. Included breakfast was definitely a great bonus, as I didn't see that option when booking.
  : I spent about 1.5 hours trying to check in, as there was only one person at reception at that point. And other people would jump in front of me "just to ask something" and ended up occupying the line. There were no towels, but bathroom in the 4 people dorm room. Not sure door to the room was locked at all at night so not extra secure. All lockers were occupied - so there was no chance to leave your belongings anywhere secure.

  : It's in a great location in Chueca. Lots of restaurants and bars around.
  : The check in line was extremely long but that's not necessarily their fault.Upon checkout, they did not allow anyone to stay in the lobby, even though it was empty. I couldn't check in to my next place until 3pm and they kicked me out at 11:30am. They only ad like 10 lockers for luggage storage. I only booked this place for a night because I was in a pinch, but it didn't even fulfill the minimal needs I had.

  : It was well located and Cesar was very friendly, efficient and accommodating. The bathroom was clean enough, however it was inside the room so it was a bit loud.
  : I booked this room super late at night, which I appreciated them letting me check in so late. I called to ask about the check in since I lost my connection flight so I had to to stay in Madrid for one night. Cesar was super nice and accommodating however the installations are very off putting, I saw a cockroach on the lobby’s floor, the bathroom was okay and the bed made so much noise, as soon as I sat on it it was super squeaky. Also, the guests were watching videos in the lobby with super load volume, I was there charging my phone and they wouldn’t stop staring at me, I was very uncomfortable.
