Disappointing
Traveller Type: Solo Traveler
  : Close to metro/communikatios, easy to travel to airport.
  : Air condition didn't make any difference for temperature in the room, just too much noise. It was not comfortable temperature for sleeping. Pillows were uncomfortable and I wake too many times at night. If the hotel has a sustainability profile the staff shouldn't recommend taxi to the airport in first hand when it's so easy to reach the destination by public transport and it's not a rush hour on weekends.

  : Location was just perfect. 1 min walk from bus stop and 2 min walk from underground. Staff was very welcoming, and the breakfast selection was good.
  : The room was quite old and could do with a refresh. There was no bottled water in the rooms, you would expect water to be provided for at a 4* hotel. Also, no kettle available no coffee/tea either, of course, another thing that you'd expect for the price paid. The last thing is we did not have an iron either, thankfully I had brought my steamer and was able to get away with it. There was no security, it seemed like anyone could have entered the rooms as the reception is sort at the side/back and the elevators are straight in front of the main doors. It was quite noisy when we arrived (ventilation we assumed) it went on for a few hours but then stoped. Air con was not working and the air coming through there was quite warm, thankfully we are not in summer.

  : The receptionist was kind and helpful .She handed us Madrid map and advised how to use public transport in Madrid which was quiet helpful
  : Specious room . Good room cleaning service .Great location
