  : Good location in Chueca near shops and restaurants and transport links. It was a good neighbourhood. The flat was as described and the beds were comfortable and clean. It was very convenient for exploring Madrid
  : The heating had not been turned on and I had to ask them to do so as it was initially cold. It was a little noisy- both sounds from outside and other flats.The kitchen equipment was minimal- no food preparation boards or knives if you had wanted to prepare dinner. Some ambient lighting would be nice- in the living room and bedrooms

  : Starting at the fact we had to wait additional about 2 hours after the said check-in time, in order to check in to the room and receive a PIN code for the apartment. No one was responding when we tried to reach the representitives (including phone calls, messages in both Whatssapp and Booking). Unfortunatly, we were not the only ones.. there were 2 groups of people in the same situation. After an hour and a half someone finally picked up the phone and after maybe another half an hour, they finally sent the PIN code. They said we had to wait because of late check out of our apartment, but even so, they did not let us know in advance. It was not acceptable apology. The apartment did not look as the one we've booked and it was not at the same address as well (We had booked at Numer 7, and our apartment was at Number 6). Overall, terrable experience!
