  : The hotel is in a perfect location and walking distance to lots of the Madrid tourist locations. Lots of beautiful restaurants and bars located on the street behind the hotel and the main shopping strip less than 5 minute walk. There is a small supermarket shop directly across from the front entrance. The rooms were cleaned extremely well every day and the room itself was nice.
  : The check in time for the room is advertised as 2pm. We were happy about this as we landed in the morning, we dropped our luggage and we’re advised to return at 2pm which was no issue. We gave them extra time and arrived back at 3:30pm, however the rooms were still not ready and unfortunately the receptionist was not apologetic about this delay, and said that they were busy etc. I don’t think this is acceptable when people are paying to stay for the entire evening. We asked if we could have a drink while we waited and there is no bar/ drinks/ ice etc available for us to even have while we waited nor was there any complimentary offers made to us for the inconvenience. The delay continued for another hour and the receptionist continued to have poor customer service the entire time. It was a shame to have the start of our trip start off like this, thankfully the location and other staff made up for it during our time there.

  : It's very practical, very close to tourism areas, and a very friendly and helpful receptionist. Next time I come to Madrid, I'll definitely be in this hotel. Breakfast was great

  : Great location, close to the centre, but nice and quiet. Close to bars and restaurants.We thought it was really good value for the location. Rooms were stylishly appointed and the bed was very comfy.
  : Breakfast was a bit basic and things ran out quite quickly.
