  : Location was close to Atocha station. The 300 metres may be a bit of a stretch but the walk was okay even with heavy luggage! The hotel staff were very friendly. Hotel met all our needs. Clean and comfortable bed. Plenty of restaurants very close by.

  : It was not super clean. The room was smaller than a closet, the bed was uncomfortable, the walls were so thin that you could here people breathe in the room next door

  : This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. First off all, I paid for 3 nights and stayed about 4 hrs. That tells a lot. First, when you enter the hotel, there is a bad stench of pee smelling in the entrance, lobby, and elevator. When I complained, the reception denied they could smell it. The elevator is so tiny to fit 2 big luggage's plus myself. The room was so hot and took several hrs to cool. There is no door in the toilet, so if you have to go, your roommate will have to listen to you doing your business. I don't want to use his name , but management knows who I mean, The Frigde was so warm that i called the receptionist A...to bring it to his attention, he came up and acted like he did something, and told me it was fixed. After 1 hr, the fridge was still warm, I called again, and he came again and switched something and told me it's working. After 30 mins it still wasn't, when I called again, he told us sorry but the repair man won't be in until Monday because he is sick. This was Saturday, and we did some shopping for fresh food. We will have to throw all this away if we stay. After all this we decided to check out, It was unbelievable how emotionless he was. He didn't even ask us why we checked out 3 days early and if we wanted some money back, he did absolutely nothing and didn't help with our bags. He just sat there looking at us. Honestly, we should be refunded all our money because it's a ripoff when you advertise refrigerator in the room and it doesn't work for the duration of our stay, and the smell is unbearable, and man reception was very rude.
