  : We had a very comfortable stay! Very well equipped apartment with large roof terrace in a residential area within walking distance (20 mins) of central Madrid. Lots of great shops and restaurants/cafes nearby. Friendly and helpful staff greeted us on arrival and the welcome pack of oil, salt vinegar etc was much appreciated.

  : A bit outdated. Shower control is OK. Second toilet smells. The bed was squeaky Not luxurious atmosphere. It costs us over 300 per night so l expected a little more.

  : Heathers were a bit dusty which shows not deep cleaning after all. But not a big deal. In general a very nice experience

  : It was in an easy location for public transport at Atocha station, there was a supermarket close by, there was also heating and a washing machine. The communication with the staff was exceptional, I forgot my handbag inside the property after we had checked out and they rushed over to help me. This was very kind as I was catching an early train and had to wake the staff up to help me. I was very stressed and they came without any hesitation.
  : The lift was out of service and the apartment was on the 6th level, there was no dryer and the radiator would turn on intermittently without our control.
