  : The hostess was very friendly and helpful. She not only allowed us to use the transportation card for the metros, but also told us not to worry about breaking a wine glass. She also gave us advice about restaurants and spots to visit. We are very happy with our hostess. The location of the apartment was super! Supermarket and metro station (line 1) are directly in the neighbourhood. The apartment was also very nice, quiet, and cozy with air conditioning and also a small balcony. Overall, we are very happy with this accommodation!
  : The ventilation of the apartment and the bathroom could be improved, but it was not really a big problem.

  : Nothing, it was in an unsafe street. There was a unlocked cage like gate to get to the entrance.
  : The first impression was I felt unsafe. Walking down their street felt unsafe. Seeing the entrance was unnerving. Being at the reception to sign in took an hour? Or felt like it. Being shown and told by reception the foundation or supporting wall of the building had collapsed because of the rain the night before. There was no hall light on my floor making it pitch black when I was trying to open the door which opens up into the entrance of two separate apartments. There was a lock on both sides of that door, which I found uncomfortable. I was there two nights the second night the lock to that door wouldnt open. I had to call the property person. I was running up to the second floor to turn the light on which gave me light for the first floor but I was so scared somebody was going to come in because the area was so scary and there were so many locks in front of you and behind you to get to your apartment door. On the second night I was woken up from a deep sleep about 11 oclock between 11 and 12 there was new tenants next door and their voices were loud and violent. I was terrified they were going to try to get into my door. Once they were in their voices were loud ( maybe 2 men and a boy)? and continue to be verbally violent then I heard you havent even eaten your dinner !!!and then I heard someone hit another person ( I assumed the boy?) perhaps 25-30 times after that everything was silent someone took a shower. I could hear the soap drop in the shower. The walls are paperthin. It was terrifying. I was so afraid he might here me and know someone heard him or block the shared door. I was awake until morning, but I was terrified to go outside before it was light out because I was afraid of being robbed on that street. I finally just had to get out and I left about 7:30 AM and prayed that I would get up to the main street unharmed. It was an absolutely terrifying experience and I want my money back and they should be taken off booking.

  : It was clean, near to metro, you have everything you need.
  : During the night it was noisy, one night a neighbor was shouting from 1 to 4 am, while the other night someone in the apartment next to us was talking on the phone for 2 hours, and the walls are thin so we couldn't sleep because of him.
