: We arrived late and the person who greeted us was excellent. He could not have done more for us. Even though we were passing through Madrid early the next morning he gave us a map, told us how to get to the train station, told us about the breakfast. Went over everything we needed to know.

: The room was spacious. The decor simple and modern. It was very quiet. The neighborhood was diverse and interesting.

: Hotel staff were friendly, curtious and helpful. Breakfast was quite okay. Location of hotel is fantastic.
: Our hotel room stank of lingering cigarette smoke. It wasn't pleasant to say the least. Nor was it possible, unfortunately, to change rooms as all rooms were occupied.

: The hotel provided quality and quiet accommodation in the heart of an exciting and diverse area of the city. It was easy to walk to all the main attractions etc.
: Maybe a kettle and coffee/tea facilities in the room but free coffee was available downstairs so not really a problem unless you are lazy.
