: Very easy to get around to and from the workshop venue and other places within Madrid. Apartment was very clean and had what we needed. Also liked the privacy it provided, no disturbances through out the stay.
: The guest registration and key collection procedure should be explained in more detail before the guests arrive. I was lucky to have watsapp calls to get in touch with the office. The guys at the office were very helpful and patient.

: The apartment has convenient location in Lavapis, which is 25 mins walking to the main attractions; it was also warm (we stayed in January)
: The Check-in process is a hustle. You have to go to the 3rd party website, pay there, upload your docs and also leave a deposit (150euro). The biggest one was that it didnt have free private parking as the description stated, the management company simply replied its not available, you can park at the street, while obviously, you cant park there, so we had to pay for parking nearby ourselves and they have never replied to us since. I've asked about parking before check-in, after the check-in and through the booking.com customer service. They are professionals in ignoring questions. Also, the property is tiny, 3 of us hardly fit there. TV didnt work (had only sound while seeing black screen). The bathroom is a disaster: super narrow, the shower is always clogged therefore all the dirt and water stays inside.

: the hotel said this room can be for 6 people but I think 3-4 people that are more comfortable
