  : The only good thing about this place is the location.
  : This property is incorrectly advertised as a one bedroom apartment. Instead it is a studio with no walls at all. The bathroom smelled of a blocked drain and the sink didn't drain properly. The owner hasn't updated the information about pool opening dates and while the page on booking.com states the pool is open, it had already closed for this summer. The host arrived an hour late for prearranged check-in. They made no effort to contact me to advise about the delay. When asked if we can checkout an hour later to reimburse for the lost time, I was told they would confirm whether this is possible on the day of check out but never contacted me. You're only given one set of keys and can't open the door from the inside without these. This is very inconvenient and also a bit unsafe in case there's an emergency.

  : The apartment is very spacious and clean. It's also close to Atocha station which suited us.

  : It was big enough, clean and quiet. The kitchen was fully prepared and all the necessary items were there.
  : The toilet was attached with to bed room, but there was no lock for the toilet door, for couple its ok but for friends and family it is quite odd. The toilet was very smelly, even when we were not using, after coming from out site the entire house used to be so bad smelly, we had to use air freshener regularly. The front door look system is not familiar as a common one, there is no handle for the door to pull and push. Otherwise everything else was full on.

The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was equipped with everything necessary for cooking. We will recommend these apartments to all our friends and acquaintances!
