  : We were traveling from mexico and we were sleepy from the jatleg, tired and hungry. We waited ONE hour to get a response from the host who didn't answer his phone or messages. We had written to him, exhausted, that if he didn't answer or was busy we would have changed and opted for another house or hotel. After an hour we finally manage to check-in. The guy who checked us in (who probably wasn't the same person who rents the house) was very nice and welcoming. From Atocha station it is quite far if you want to walk and have suitcases, so we had to take a taxi. The house is nice, furnished quite well, comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Although we asked for a little later check out (we asked for 1-2 extra hours not more) they gave us 15 minutes... quite ridiculous

  : in no where its written that we have to pay extra according to our arrival time. its only communicated after doing the reservation. I was asked to pay 20 euros more for my arrival time and the guy attitude was unsupportable! he refused to leave before the money transfer arrived to him while I was there tired looking forward to get to sleep!!!never again in this place
