: Apparently nothing was deserve to like, they only look collecting money in a cheap way to make high profit from cheating customers.
: Was not clear in guiding people how to use the facility, they dont have the charachtar of international institution and dont mind the needs of the traveller who came or to care about his safety, only look for how to safe money through reduction of embloyee over safety and help of the customer.

: Bed was ok, the breakfast bar nearby was nice.
: AC didn't work and it was really warm in the room. I was told there was also a regular reception desk as alternative for the online self check-in (which was not very intuitive to follow) but there was no one there. Please update the information about the facilities as it is not accurate. Take the AC of the list as long as it does not function and clearly state that there is no normal reception. Had to call with some sort of agency a couple of times to be able to enter my room, overall they were very helpful but it's a bit of a hassle. Overall, this place is just too expensive for what it offers. It did not meet my expectations.
