  : Proximity to Gran Via/Metro, interesting decor, generally clean.
  : My room was next to the main door which was noisy during the night. Not easy to find from street.

  : The room is well located.Attendent was nice.
  : The woman who attended us was very nice. We asked her to turn on the AC, but she said she couldn't because her boss, owner, must likely would not authorize it. The reservation said we would have heat . We did not any of the two, AC or heat. We also had people being very loud during late night hours. The floor towel was not changed daily. 99.9 % chance I would not stay there in the future.

  : Great Location and easy to get to sightseeing locations. Staff were very friendly and great with any enquiries.
  : I left the Air con on at night and unfortunately I got a chest infection due to it. This was partly my fault.

  : - super noisy - we could hear the neighbors having fun at night as well as the nearby bars customers - AC not effective - almost no water pressure in the shower - no closing door of the toilet - overall condition of the apartment - not good value for money (paid 110/night)
