Disappointing

  : The location was close to the Metro stops and to shopping.
  : The bed was two 250cm singles pushed together which was two narrow. There was no space to open suitcases other than the beds and only one at a time. The shower was also a small space. The room was very noisy not just from outside but from other rooms. I was surprised at how much you could hear through the walls. We were offered another room because of potential noise. I don’t know if I did not understand but it seemed that the „internal“ room did not have a window which would have been stifling in the Madrid heat.

  : The hotel was clean and its location was good - within walking distance to Playa Catalunya where you can buy the Hop On Hop Off Bus tickets. Eating places close by. The hotel has luggage storage facilities and since we were early we stored our suitcases there.
  : The pillows were terribly soft and I had poor night's sleep. Asked for extra pillows and the staff gave us square cushions which were just as soft. The hotel was fine except for the pillows and unfortunately we slept poorly the 2 nights we stayed there.
