  : the zoo and parque de atracciones.....
  : Where to begin....After correctly coordinating the arrival and letting know about the traffic delay, we were left waiting for nearly one hour on the street with kids. the man who came offered no apologies and started encouring about the number of peolpe staying (i had the booking for me, my wife and both kids) since he was told it was only for two adults. once on the apartment, he asked for the money when it was already payed for through the app. he then wanted to take pictures of our ID documents when this is against the law. the pictures shown on the app are a fake and do not represent the reality. the floor was dirty. walls and ceiling moldy and pealling. there were shaved hairs on the bathroom cabinets!! parking on the street is hard to find and the neighbourhood is "rough", graffities on the walls, people drinking on the street at night, loud neighbours who would not let us rest.

  : The property had a window opening out to a small veranda it didn’t lock so constantly checking on children afraid they would fall over it . We had to fix front door handle as all screws were loose,

  : It was a nice little apartment that's good for a day or two stay.
  : The beds were uncomfortable and the ceiling's and walls were peeling. The kitchen and bathroom were a little small. The other thing was it was on the 4th floor without a lift. The property say they speak English but they didn't speak it that well and it was hard to communicate and get allowed in the apartment in a timely manner.
