: The apartment was in a good location near the Gran Via and situated on a pedestrian street.
: The beds were very narrow and the pillows uncomfortable. The kitchen was very basic. The space for 3 people in the area was limited.

: The location was perfect with nice view, next to gran via, metro station, and places of interest. We had cleaning service which we didn't expect. After check-out we left our luggage 5 minutes away at their office, very helpful staff

: Te location was perfect. There were many options for restaurants, stores, historic buildings, museums to visit. The owners were very patient and attentive.
: The only down side was that not all the visiters in the building respected the quiet hours at night.

: the location
: there was a bad smell already in the room when we got there, and it didnt go away for the entire trip, we tried leaving the windows open for ventilation but it didnt work, then we realised it was coming from the ventilation, it was almost imposible to not smell it, also the AC didnt work, with the windows closed it got really hot and we didnt have any ventilation for the smell, we tried to leave it open but smoke from the patio downstairs was getting inside, also people were putting music on speakers on the hallway, it was really annoying.
