  : The service and help was extremely slow and neglected crucial information for us, not helpful at all. - We had no help when asked after our booking months prior to arrival if a van could be parked in in secured parking (given the size). when we arrived, it didn't fit. If there were 1 or 2 spots. - The pool was closed - 2 of 7 bedrooms in garage. and 1 guest had to walk through room of other coworker to get in his bedroom. - and worse of all. We paid for 6 persons and added 2 months prior to arrival an extra person, however we made a mistake by not making the change from 6 to 7 persons, the accommodation charged us without any leniency 900 extra for 5 nights. total price was 4200 for 6 persons in a house of 15. Eventhough the 7th person only stayed 3 nights, we had to pay the full amount of 900. - they threatened checking cameras and count us to see if we would come with more than given. So visitors are not welcome for dinner? Not hospitable in my opinion - We couldn't send a message via booking.com to this accommodation, but on the given emailaddress came no reaction. They didn't pick up the phone, only on arrival day. Questions via Whatsapp came through only
