  : The location, the staff was very attentive. Answered immediately. We were greated at the door. Easy check in and check out. Lots of restaurants in the neighborhood and close to mayor attractions.
  : The shower. The first night there was no hot water. It needs a mayor upgrade. Very dangerous shower. I do not recommend this apt for older ppl. The tub is tall slippery and very difficult to get in and out without falling.not to mention that the glass partition is not long enough to keep the water in. The kitchen supplies can use an upgrade as they are old and beat-up. The mattresses are very uncomfortable and the main bed is too small for 2 ppl.

  : The central location was great, near the palace and Opera area of Madrid, walking distance from all major sights; with many great places to eat and drink close by and the bed was comfortable. When asked for basic items, the staff responded promptly (see below).
  : The property is far from elegant - it was older and in a much worse state of repair than we expected... I dont usually leave low reviews but this apartment has seen much better days. The broken parquet outside the bathroom should have been fixed instead of covered with a rug. The sofa cushions were not clean (see photos). And the worst of all was the kitchen items were not clean (see photos). The toaster smoked when we tried to use it, because it was dirty with old crumbs and oil. There was nothing to make the apartment cosy or a nice place to be. In the bedroom, there were no cushions or extra blanket, not even two bedside lamps. The bedroom blinds are not adequate to black out the internal hallway lights that come on automatically when someone passes, and it wakes you up. We also had to ask for basic items like a dishwashing sponge and kitchen towel. In other places these would have been provided.The apartment is large and has so much potential because of where it is. But it has seen little or no investment or love in what feels like a long time. 3 nights was too long :/ super disappointed.

  : Best destination - near city centre and metro stations. The apartment is acceptable renewed, has everything you need for a week - long stay.
  : There is no oven, the shower is in bath tube - a little bit uncomfortable. Only one key - for two people it is useful to have two keys. The boy, who gave us the key was so friendly, but doesn't speak English at all!

  : Water pressure is low. The light in living is out of order. The host charged me upon I reserved on April. I don't think it is reasonable that only one roll toilet paper for two adults in 5d4n even I request the host to have 1 more.
