  : Central location. Only 5 min away from Metro station.
  : The shower door was damaged and could not be closed. There were no bedside tables at the bedroom. The kitchen could be better equipped- no dish rack, or towels. There was a nasty smell coming from the bathroom.

  : I thought the apartment was a good size and I liked that it had a bit of a rustic/minimalist feel.
  : - the hairdryer didn't work. Cue manically trying to towel dry my hair before meeting a friend...- no dish rack, dish towel or additional bins provided. Quite poor as it is a small thing that would benefit the guest.- I could not check in until 3pm but asked to leave my bag at the apartment in the morning as I arrived on an early train. They said this was fine and the cleaner would give me the key. On arrival, the cleaner did not know anything about this and was very confused. Stressful for them and me...- Black stains running from the ceiling. A few licks of paint would sort this...although it is a bit alarming

  : I really appreciated to have a big fridge, a WASHING-DRIER MACHINE and a full kitchenette. For travelers that have been traveling to different places like me, it was nice to be able to settle in one place and wash your clothes! Bathroom had everything you need but no shampoo or shower gel. The apartment had heating which worked well and AC, though I didn't use it.The location was great, right just beside Gran Vía, Callao, Sol and Plaza España.
  : The entrance of the building smelled of pee... Quite disgusting when you enter.At first I was afraid of the security of the building (I had lived in Madrid for several years before) because the apartment door does not have a lock from the inside...The apartment where I stayed was an interior floor, so it didn't have much light, I had to stay with the lights on all the time. But if you're not going to step much on the apartment it's fine.Apart from that, the distribution of the house is weird and I missed having a kettle, but the full equipped kitchen serves its purpose.

  : The location was great.
  : It was very poorly cleaned. The floor was very dirty, as were other surfaces as well. What's the point of avoiding having contact with the staff due to covid when the flat wasn't properly sanitised anyway? There was only one duvet (no duvet cover), even though there was also supposed to be a sofa bed (which there wasn't, it was just a normal sofa). The bed wasn't properly made up, it only had the bottom sheet on and the rest you had to do yourself. The bathroom was dirty and smelled bad. The lift situation made things a bit complicated. The fact that the lift was up a flight of steps from the entrance and then there being another flight of steps either up or down from the lift to the actual flat (at least from the first floor) made it difficult with a baby and pram. It should be made clear in the description how it is.

  : The location is great, and the property space is good enough, easy to access.
  : I informed the main contact that not blankets were left on site, the person did not respond, I have to slept without blankets. I still recommend this place to stay.
