  : I stayed here before and gave it a great rating in terms of location, value and cleanliness etc. However the 2nd time it was a nightmare which I will detail below. Basically, if all goes well, then it is great, but if there is a problem you discover that the people running the place do not give two hoots about you and refuse to find solutions that are acceptable.
  : When I checked in early afternoon the room was like a sauna. obviousy had been left for days with the heating turned up. I was sweating in less than 5 minutes . I was told the air conditioning is cut off in November. OK, but I still needed a solution. Management said they would sort it out by the time I come back in the evening . I come back around 19:30 but the room was still as hot as a sauna and made me light headed, I called management from the corridor (too hot to stay in room) and asked to change rooms but they said they were fully booked. They refused to give me a refund to find another hotel. The manager told me down the phone to just turn off the radiator and open the windows . So they couldn't do that earlier? He then came as couldnt figure out the radiator and he was unbelievably unsympathetic, didnt feel unaccountable. he was so rude, just didn't care in the slightest. He angrily told me it would cool down soon and when I asked WHEN he said he didnt know and he actually shouted at me and walked off. So he expected me to just wait in the corridor until it cooled down? I spent the next few hours in the street and the square as just couldnt face going back until had cooled down. Booking.com managed to talk to the hotel who said I had left the establishmet and had refused to open the windows i.e I was being difficult. They confirmed that the hotel would not reimburse me neither let me cancel my future booking with them the following week. I went back to the hotel at about 11pm. It had cooled down and I did sleep because I was by then so exhausted. But the point is that I shouldnt have to be out all evening waiting for my room to be habitable. I asked them if they could upgrade me to a double room instead of the single the following week as compensation or at least let me cancel without charge. If they were fully booked the evening before then surely not a big deal. But they wouldnt. Dreading going back tomorrow

  : Location was great, central to get anywhere and close to metro entrance. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
  : The walls are paper thin so you will hear everything (could hear the person in the next room snoring all night!) and the price is extremely expensive for what you are getting as it is very basic

  : This place is great value for money - it is a couple of minutes from a nice square with loads of cafs, restaurants and a 24 hour supermarket! The room is very clean and comfortable.
  : There wasn't a proper reception so it was a little bit hard to figure out where to check in, but really no big deal. However, same thing on check out, I had no idea where to leave the key so I just left it on the shelf in the entrance.

  : Room very modern, queen bed was very comfortable and smart TV was good for Youtube, Prime etc when chilling in the room. Staff provided us with a fan as room was very hot at nights. Good location close to Plaza Mayor etc.. Good price for the quality of room. Rooms very secure as need a key to enter the CH Lemon hallway then need key to enter room.
  : Hard to find property, main building is not the nicest from the outside, had to call on phone to check in as no physical reception, was a bit strange but worked fine and staff were very helpful. Main issue was that the rooms were very hot at night, radiators were on until 3am and very hot, we had to get a fan in the room as we could not sleep in the heat. No view from room, was looking on to other flats internally and had no sunlight or fresh air entering room.

  : Small , location is hard to find and the extra checkin needed at a location far from the rooms is such an inconvenience, I didn't have wifi details, no coffee / tea facility available and very small fridge that doesn't refrigeratrate well

  : The location was excellent. Just 20 metres to Tirso de Molina Square, 5 min. walk to Puerta del Sol. The decoration was quite stilysh yet simple. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfy. I especially loved the lighting; not too dark, not too bright. Exactly our personal taste.
  : The check-in process was a bit confusing, but nothing we couldn't deal with. Other than that, everything was perfect.
