  : Close to all amenities, once we worked out the opening of doors it worked well, nice and warm
  : Hardly any hot water not enough for one shower, didn't realise the steps to top bedroom were so steep and couldn't stand up in too room

  : impossible to get access to the flat for the whole first afternoon. They don't have key, you need to download an app (and all the resident need to do it unless the doors don't open!)! and for us, this wasn't working. We've tried to reach the "emergency" (LOOOL) number for hours... Anyway, finally when we where able to get in (4hours after the arrival in front of the door)... the flat is really small, not enough equipement, and I would say the worst thing is the security.... If a fire for example happens in the building, you're not able to get out without your smartphone (again) as, also to get out of the flat, you need to use the app. We when out for dinner on saturday night, the doors "connected to the app" where also apparently having a problem. There was un bug in the system, again we tried the emergency number, nobody on the phone, send email etc. and finally the girls from the door next to ours opened the door. But again, we had to wait for them (and hours) to fiow the system before being able to get in our flat. This place was a nightmare, I will NEVER come back
