  : The apartment is located in the city centre not far from sightseeing. There are lots of cosy restaurants and small shops. All necessary for living is available. Inside is very warm
  : Be careful with booking this apartment, because we booked it for 6 adults, but when Ive already booked it and paid the first payment I received a confirmation for 4 person!!!! After my question to host: Why? I received an answer that the price on Booking is given for 4 person (but there isnt any information about it!!!!) and we need to pay additional sum 1 person *75 per night!!!I indicated the arrival time from 5-6 pm but no one was waiting for us. Moreover the address that indicated in confirmation paper is wrong, because there is a church here!!!! The contact phone is not available via WhatsApp so we needed to ask people from the street to call to the office to solve the problem with our accommodation.We were waiting till 7 on until a young man appeared and showed the way to our apartment which is located in front of the church at the next building.The furniture is old, part of the mirror at the bathroom is broken

  : Great location, with easy access to all famous places in the city centre. Super helpful and friendly staff. They helped us with the luggage storage, then ordered a taxi, and always were super polite and smiley.
  : The apartment is vast but very old-school furnished, and it is located in a very nosy street. We couldn't sleep at all...

  : Not enough equipment for the size of the flat and the expected number of guests. The quality of the cutlery and crockery was horrible... seemed to be recovery elements.

  : The area where the apartment is booked is in a very lively part of the neighborhood. Access to small markets and lots of restaurants and bars. The apartment is not soundproof. Police Station is close by. You will hear all the noise. People are talking and cars zooming by. Didn't bother me much. The apartment was clean and spacious. There's an electronic system to open the doors. You'll want to make sure you set up before the check-in time. There was very limited service, and it was hard to access the app. The stay in the apartment was great. We didn't have any issues. The views are awesome, and we had a very pleasant stay. They do charge a deposit for damages that is refunded within 7 days. Something I planned for but not used to since I usually use other vacation rental apps for booking.

  : the customer service is poor. the shower box broke on my head I asked them to fix it but they didnt after the told me they will send someone. at the last day the Electricity went off in the building and couldnt get help to take my bags for 3 floors. there is alot of noise in the street and in the building some instructions since the morning till after noon none stopped.
