Traveller Type: Traveling as Couple
  : Good central location. The room and ensuite had everything we needed for a couple of nights' stay in Madrid. Everything is easily accessible by Metro and you can cover a lot of the city centre on foot from Hostel Nersan. There were clear instructions ahead of arrival on how to access the flat for the Hostal.
  : We didn't see anyone from the Hostal, which wasn't a problem as we'd had clear instructions on access ahead of arrival.

  : Value for money type of place. Simple small room, just for sleeping & showering and out all day. Very clean, very good location, near train station. Staff was ok, need a bit of improvement with their English tho.
  : Please write something on the door as a sign. When we reached the floor, we weren't sure which door led to the hostel, so we ended up knocking on all the doors there. Elevator is old and very small, a bit tricky if you're not used to it. Door and walls are very thin, we could hear other guests walking along the corridor and chatting in their rooms.

  : The toilet was not flushing and was not fixed during our stay despite reporting it. Poor customer service

  : Only my internet was interrupted from time to time, this is because the room was far from the router, but I had my own Internet and it compensated with it.
